Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, the traditional prime minister to the Zulu monarch and nation, has confirmed that Queen Shiyiwe Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu, has died.

She was appointed regent of the Zulu nation following the passing of her husband, King Zwelithini last month. Her eldest son, Misuzulu is expected to take over as the next king after a 3-month mourning period.
