Task team will be set to improve management of Cape Metro baboon populations

The Department of Forestry & Environment says a task team will be set up, to improve the management of the Cape Metro’s baboon populations. Spokesperson, Albi Modise says the Department has met with various stakeholders, including the City of Cape Town, SANParks, and Cape Nature, to work on a sustainable plan, which will help authorities to better control and manage growing baboon populations, in the Mother City and surrounding areas.
