Premier Alan Winde says he will today ask President Cyril Ramaphosa to further relax lockdown restrictions, to allow more sectors of the W.C. economy to reopen. Winde says the province is well-prepared for COVID-19, and has shown that it is able to track and successfully manage the virus.
