SADAG Urges Matrics to Seek Support Ahead of Final Exams

Published on

As the matric class of 2025 is set to put pen to paper, the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) urges learners to seek support if needed.

Operations Director Cassey Chambers acknowledges the pressure ahead.

“The upcoming exams will be challenging, and learners should ensure they have all the help they need to succeed. We want to remind parents, teachers and loved ones to check in with learners, see how they are coping and offer them support.”

Chambers says SADAG offers support groups to help learners empower themselves.

“Learners can gain valuable insights, reduce their anxiety, and feel empowered to tackle their exams with confidence. Our supportive community is here to remind them that, no matter the outcome, they are loved, accepted, and capable of achieving great things in life”.

The final exams are set to begin on Tuesday, October 21 and will run until Wednesday, November 26.
