An investigation is underway after a 4-year old girl has been shot dead in Ottery, while she was in her house.

The child was shot during suspected gang violence, which left a man wounded in the shooting.It’s believed that rival gangs shot at each other and that the girl was caught in the crossfire. Police are searching for 3 suspects.
