PICS: DESMOND TUTU MAKES HIS MARK FOR DEMOCRACY

Our beloved Arch Desmond Tutu, and his dear wife Leah, are among the 770 000 South Africans bringing out a special vote ahead of the 8 May elections.

Over 450 000 applicants will receive home visits from IEC staff.

40 000 of these home visits will take place in the Western Cape today and tomorrow.
