It’s gadget Monday … and today I want to tell you about what may just be one of the world’s tiniest commercial cameras.

It’s called the Mini-Eye and it’s the size of medicine bottle cap, but instead of round … it’s a cube that looks a bit like an oversized dice.

Despite it’s size, it packs quite a bit of a punch in that it records in high definition with a loop feature, which means it will record non-stop, for as long as the battery lasts.

Another clever bit of onboard tech is the motion sensor, which means it only starts recording when it detects movement.

Tiny cameras are a bit strange in that they don’t have a definite purpose, but I reckon – because of it’s light weight, it’s perfect as a dash or body cam.

And because it operates independently from WiFi or electricity … and comes with night vision … it is a perfect little addition to your home security.

Yeah … but there’s no getting away from the fact that this is essentially a spy camera.

Like this YouTube reviewer SwiftKarateChop explains …

Under R350 for something like this, is kinda nice.
