It gets harder to make friends as you get older

You get people that gravitate towards making a lot of friends and then you get people who just don’t want to.

Apparently it’s more difficult to make friends as we get older. In one survey half of all adults said that making new friends becomes harder with age, with time constraints and a lack of social opportunities among the reasons. In the same survey close to 90% said they were open to making new friends, not necessarily that they didn’t want new friends.
