Western Cape Head of Health, Dr. Keith Cloete says there has been a worrying decrease in the uptake of Covid-19 vaccines among residents.

Cloete says vaccinations have dropped from an average of almost 200,000 injections administered per week, to just more than 100,000 doses administered on a weekly basis.

In excess of 3.7-million doses of Covid-19 vaccines have, to date, been administered across the Western Cape.
