Premier Alan Winde has urged those with access to the internet, to help their elderly family-members register for their Covid-19 vaccination.
He visited the Cape Winelands District yesterday as part of the province’s “Let’s do This” campaign to encourage people, older than 60, to register on the EVDS-system for their injection.
He again reminded residents that phase 2, in which pensioners and those with severe underlying medical conditions will be vaccinated, kicks off this coming Monday.
2/3 Julia Ndeke was one of the people I assisted to registered. She is eager to get registered, and I advised her that getting vaccinated is important to protect you from getting seriously ill from Covid-19. pic.twitter.com/wIKN7NZQLJ
