Delicious spicy chicken

Spicy Baked Chicken Breasts

Serves 4

Ingredients

• 4 X large denoned skinless chicken breast fillets
• 200 ml Natural yogurt
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 Tablespoon crushed garlic
• 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 Tablespoon ground Cumin
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• 3 tablespoons chopped coriander

Method

Pre Heat the oven to 2
180 deg C
1. Make shallow slashes in the chicken breasts.
2. Place all the remaining ingredients into a glass bowl or a resealable plastic bag.
3. Add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour, make sure the chicken is completely covered with the marinade.
4. Place the chicken breasts into an oven-proof dish with any left over marinade and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with some freshly chopped coriander.
Serve with steamed rice or potato wedges and a green salad
