Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula says it will cost nearly R5-billion to fix vandalised rail infrastructure across the country.

Mbalula gave a report back to Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts yesterday and says the Passenger Rail Agency has quarterly targets to improve the train service. In Cape Town, Mabalula says they are making progress with restoring train services.
