The Western Cape Health Department said that its health platform was stabilising as it saw a consistent decline in COVID-19 cases and hospitalisations. Meanwhile the Western Cape has recorded 12 additional deaths, bringing the total number of COVID-19 related deaths in the province to 11 399.
