The Western Cape Covid-19 death-toll has risen to 16,910

The Western Cape Covid-19 death-toll has increased by a further 140 fatalities, over the last 24-hour monitoring period.

The province’s Covid death toll now stands at 16,910.

More than 3,600 residents are currently in hospital for covid-complications.

701 people are in ICU.
