Heart Kids South Africa is dedicated to provide support, encouragement and hope to families of children with Congenital Heart Defects and Acquired Heart Disease, while raising awareness with the aim of improving the level of care that paediatric cardiac patients in South Africa receive. While for many families of these children the future is clouded with uncertainty, their goal is to secure the futures of these very special kids. The sooner a CHD is diagnosed, the quicker an attempt can be made to correct it, thus giving the child a stronger fighting chance in life.
