The former rugby-player, Zane Killian, is to be charged with conspiracy to murder well-known Cape Town advocate, William Booth. Killian appeared in Court in Bellville this morning, to apply for bail, in his murder case on Anti-gang Unit police-man, Charl Kinnear. Killian’s lawyer, Eric Bryer, says the new charge related to Killian allegedly tracking Booth’s phone thousands of times. Booth was shot at while he was at his home in Hoggovale, in Cape Town in April this year. He was unharmed during the shooting.
