Texas school mass shooting claims 21 lives, Biden vows to end the cycle

At least 19 young children and 2 adults have been shot dead at an elementary school in Texas. The teenage gunman was later killed by responding officers. The incident has prompted a furious President Joe Biden to denounce the US gun lobby, vowing to end the country’s cycle of mass shootings:
