Small-scale fishing for the win in WC High Court

The Department of Fisheries and Environment has announced the re-opening of applications for small-scale fishing rights in the Western Cape. The High Court recently reviewed and set aside the 2016-to-2019 process of awarding the rights. Departmental Spokesperson, Albi Modise says only those that participated in the previous process, can apply.
