Shanawaaz Asghar: the search continues for 6 year old boy

Community Safety and Police Oversight MEC, Reagan Allen has expressed concern about another kidnapping in Cape Town, this time a 6-year-old boy from Kensington. The Grade-R-learner was allegedly taken at gunpoint, yesterday morning – while he was on his way to school. Allen says the search for Shanawaaz Asghar continues.

Meanwhile: The Kensington Community Policing Forum is urging members of the public not to share fake social media posts claiming that missing Shanawaaz has been found. He is still missing.

Community Safety and Police Oversight MEC, Reagan Allen says he has noticed an increase in kidnappings recently in the province. This follows another kidnapping in Cape Town, this time a 6-year-old boy from Kensington. The Grade-R-learner was allegedly taken at gunpoint, yesterday morning.
