Ek het onlangs iets raak gesien wat my onmiddelik baie diep geruk het…
We know that when it comes to fashion, sometimes we see really weird outfits displayed on the runway that makes you think, WHO ON EARTH will ever wear that to auntie Belinda’s birthday braai!?? Dit is net te erg. NE?? Ons het almal al so iets raak gesien.
Maar nou lyk dit my of so tipe iets binnekort mode kan raak en ek laat dit aan jou oor om te besluit!
So I was happily scrolling around on the interweb, and then I saw it…in all it’s pink, green, and blue glory… Lace Shorts for men, kant kortbroekies , en in die selfde asem, ge-hekelde wol broeke.
Nou kyk, as n model wat nou al die wereld vol gereis het en allerhande volksvreemde klere items gedra het, voel ek gemaklik in baie, MAAR hier moet ek n streep trek, ek dink nie hierdie is vir my, en mans in die toekoms beskore nie, tensy jy n ‘fancy dress’ gaan bywoon. Maar alledaagse mode, nee wat.
Ek moet se, as ek kyk na die kleurvolle ge-hekelde broekies met hulle helder kleure en patrone, dan dink ek….vir n grap ja, en die ge-kante broeke, belsis, as jy nou vir vroulief lekker wil laat lag. Maar of dit eendag in mode omskep gaan word, glo ek darem nie.
Maar net vir die pret julle, I put myself forward to try it out, if you want to crochet me a pair of shorts, I promise to wear it during one of my entire shows, I am a waist 34, and like yellow, red and blue. I can test it and give feedback whether I think that these shorts will become a thing. I am more than willing to be a guinea pig.
And with it being fathers day, Why not surprise dad or the man in your life with one of these little numbers! Lace or crochet shorts!
