  Eighteen Home Affairs officials have been dismissed for a range of offences. This includes fraud, corruption and sexual harassment. Home Affairs Department spokesperson Siya Qoza says four other officials were issued with final written warnings.   Consumer inflation dropped sharply in October to 2,8%, from 3,8% recorded in September.
