Teams of rescuers from Wilderness Search & Rescue (WSAR) has reportedly responded to Lion’s Head on Friday night after receiving reports that a hiker had collapsed while coming down the trail. The rapid deployment included Western Cape Government Health and Wellness EMS paramedics, SANParks – Table Mountain National Park rangers and various technical teams.
