    The City of Cape Town is reminding all residents to switch to emailed municipal accounts by 31 December 2025. After this date, printed municipal bills will no longer be delivered.   The City said that over 452,000 residents have already made the change, and the City is urging residents not to get left behind.   To register, residents can send their account number and email address to Revenue.Eservices@capetown.gov.za or via SMS to 31223.
