    The National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed that it is seeking to reinstate the corruption charges against former Sport, Arts and Culture Minister, Zizi Kodwa.     Last year, Kodwa was accused of involvement in tender fraud, having allegedly received more than R1.6 million to benefit the interests of his co-accused, Jehan Mackay’s company.    Kodwa, who resigned as minister and Member of Cabinet in June 2025, strongly denies the charges.
