Western Cape Police Commissioner Yolisa Matakata has welcomed the conviction and sentencing yesterday of serial rapist Thobile Dyonase to double life imprisonment. He was convicted on 24 counts, comprising rape, kidnapping, sexual assault and robbery with aggravating circumstances, dating back to 2017.
