The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse says government will have to go back to the drawing board, after the Pretoria High Court yesterday found Aarto and the Aarto Amendment Act unconstitutional and invalid.

The government will now have to review the Acts in its current form. OUTA’s Stephanie Fick says the battle to protect motorists from the planned demerit system for traffic offences is not over yet.
