President Cyril Ramaphosa has made several changes to his Cabinet. Finance Minister Tito Mboweni is replaced by Enoch Godongwana.
Health Minister Zweli Mkhize is replaced by the current deputy Minister Joe Phaala. Mmamoloko Kubayi, who has been acting Health Minister will become the Minister of Human Settlements, replacing Lindiwe Sisulu who becomes Tourism Minister.
He has separated the Water and Sanitation portfolio from Human Settlements, announcing that the new Minister of Water and Sanitation will be Senzo Mchunu.
Ramaphosa says he is also doing away with the Ministry of State Security, that function will now fall under the Presidency. Ramaphosa has appointed Dr Sydney Mufumadi as his national security adviser.

Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula will be deployed to a new position.
