The chairperson of the ministerial advisory committee on vaccines, prof. Barry Schoub says he believes stricter measures should be implemented to help limit the spread of the coronavirus, amid a looming third wave of infections.

This as South Africa on Saturday, reported 4 237 new cases, which was the most since the 31st of January. Schoub says this new infection rate should be of great concern.
