Former President Jacob Zuma has refused to make any submission about what sanction he should face for his alleged criminal contempt. In a 21-page letter addressed to Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng, Zuma says he’s ready to become a prisoner of the Constitutional Court and says he did not commit contempt of court when he decided not to participate in the Zondo Commission of Inquiry into State Capture, where he felt his rights would be violated.
