Killian appeared in Court in Bellville this morning, to apply for bail, in his murder case on Anti-gang Unit police-man, Charl Kinnear. Killian’s lawyer, Eric Bryer, says the new charge related to Killian allegedly tracking Booth’s phone thousands of times.
