Rainfall this past Sunday led to localized urban flooding over the Overberg, Eden District and the south-eastern parts of the Cape Winelands of the Western Cape as well as the south coast and adjacent interior of the Eastern Cape.

But it’s also good news for our dams. Watch the video below as a river near Montagu started flowing again after being dry for years:
