Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus has thanked the entire nation for their incredible support in the lead up to the Rugby World Cup final this Saturday against England.

Under his reign he won the country the prestigious Rugby Championship Trophy earlier this year and propelled the Springboks to 2nd spot in the world rankings.

Erasmus has confirmed he will step down as Springbok coach right after Saturday’s final. He will stay on as Director of Rugby.

Erasmus says he gave everything in his power to make the Springboks a rugby powerhouse again.
