Two arrested for stealing tyres off car in Grassy Park

City Law Enforcement officers in Grassy Park arrested two suspects this week after they were caught allegedly stealing tyres from a vehicle in the area.

 

On Wednesday, camera operators monitoring the area picked up suspicious activity outside a residence in Klip Road, Grassy Park. They alerted officers to two men seen tampering with a parked vehicle.

According to reports, officers rushed to the scene and found the suspects busy jacking up the vehicle while removing the wheel nuts.

 

Both men were arrested and taken to the Grassy Park SAPS, where they are expected to be charged.
