Smile 90.4 FM is looking for a Traffic Coordinator and Receptionist.

Minimum Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in MS office suite
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial traffic
    scheduling an advantage
  • 2- 3 years Reception/Administrative work an advantage

  • Well organised, detail-oriented professional with excellent
    project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English and a good command of
    Afrikaans an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work at a fast ever-changing pace and within a team
  • Deadline driven and work under tight time constraints with
    accurate delivery
  • Continually learning
  • Audio editing and software an advantage
  • Knowledge of traffic scheduling software an advantage
  • Must have excellent telephone skills and polite telephone
    manner
  • Must always be presentable, professional and courteous in
    delivering exceptional customer service
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls timeously
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via
    phone or e-mail

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Adherence and implementation of the commercial traffic log
    policy
  • Liaise with the sales house and sales teams to ensure flawless
    implementation
  • Extended working hours as required
  • Provide back-up to the NTR coordinator
  • Receptionist duties
  • Attend to all elements of the administration within the
    programming department
