Tourism operators must make activities & attractions more affordable for locals

South Africa, Tourism sector, Deputy Minister Fish Mahlalela, Tourism Day, activities and attractions more affordable, more inclusive tourism sector

The Deputy Tourism Minister, Fish Mahlalela has called on tourism operators to make their activities and attractions more affordable for locals.

During the official Tourism Day celebrations he said this will encourage a more inclusive tourism sector.

Mahlalela said pricing is one of the biggest factors that discourage locals from enjoying South Africa’s tourism offerings.
