Tourism Minister, Mmamoloko Kubaye-Ngubane says her Department will challenge the Court decision that has put the Tourism Equity Fund on hold.
The Minister says the fund has been put on hold after Afri-Forum and Solidarity challenged the legality and rationality of the qualification criteria.
Kubaye-Ngubane says the court challenge has brought emergency relief funds, desperately needed by tourism-entrepreneurs, to a complete standstill.
