The Zondo Commission of Inquiry will today continue hearing testimony on Denel’s involvement in state-capture. The state-owned company awarded tenders to the company, VR Laser. VR Laser was taken over by the Guptas as well as businessman Salim Essa and Duduzane Zuma, after which the tender fraud apparently took place.
