The Western Cape reported 13 new Covid-19 deaths yesterday increasing the province’s covid death toll to 11 665.

The Western Cape is one of 4 provinces that reported more than 10 deaths yesterday: In the Eastern Cape 14 deaths were reported, in the North West 33, and in the Northern Cape 13 .

The country’s overall Covid death toll currently stands at 54 825.
