The Western Cape MEC of Transport and Public Works, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will tomorrow officially launch the 2020/21 festive season safety plan. The launch-event will take place at the Huguenot Tunnel on the N1. Madikizela will also tomorrow reveal structured Traffic Law Enforcement interventions, which include effective road safety education, communication and awareness programmes, which he says will positively influence all road users towards improved behavior.
