The Western Cape has recorded 23 additional deaths, bringing the total number of COVID-19 related deaths in the province to 10 962. As of one o’clock this afternoon (Wed 17 Feb) the province had 5 215 active Covid-19 infections with a total of 272 817 confirmed Covid-19 cases and 256 817 recoveries.
