The Western Cape has recorded 16 additional deaths, bringing the total number of COVID-19 related deaths in the province to 11 305. By one o’clock this afternoon (Tues 9 March) there were 2 914 active Covid-19 infections in the Western Cape with a total of 276-thousand 664 confirmed Covid-19 cases.
