This is just one of the damning findings in the report issued by the Special Investigating Unit – Dr Anban Pillay shoud be charged for financial misconduct.

President Cyril Ramaphosa today authorised the public release of the SIU’s report.

The R150 million communications contract was awarded to the company Digital Vibes in 2019.

These were close associates of former health minister Zweli Mkhize, who quit his job in August before President Cyril Ramaphosa’s cabinet reshuffle.
