The politics of the school prefect selection process

As we near the end of the 3rd term, a lot of schools will start undertaking the process of selecting their prefects for 2026. Different schools have their own selection processes, and it can turn out to be a bit tricky.

Phil de Lange is the producer of the Ryan O'Connor Breakfast show and has been with Smile 90.4FM since it's inception in 2013.
