The police watchdog, IPID has laid a charge against the National Police Commissioner for his alleged non-cooperation into the murder of top crime detective Charl Kinnear.

According to a report, General Khehla Sitole has failed to cooperate with the IPID- probe into Kinnear’s death. The matter has now been escalated to the Minister of Police, Bheki Cele.
