The Honest Truth: The top 11 African Tech startups receive a ticket to Startupbootcamp AfriTech 2019 – to build a bigger, better and bolder future for the African continent.

Published on

Nsovo Nkatinge, Programme Director for Startupbootcamp AfriTech, joined Benito Vergotine in conversation on Monday 15 July to tell us more about the top 11 teams picked from over 1,900 applicants that will attend a three-month accelerator in Cape Town. They will be linked to some of the fastest-moving corporates on the continent in order to learn how to scale their solutions for the global market.

The chosen league will enter a three-month accelerator programme with Startupbootcamp and its family of industry-focused accelerators. Their reward consists of mentorship and industry access to corporate partners and investors, all to enable them to scale globally and continue disrupting the challenges Africans experience daily.

There are 3 startups from South Africa, 2 from Nigeria, 1 from Kenya, 1 from Morocco, 1 from Uganda, 1 from Senegal, and 1 from the UK.
