Listen to the conversation here: Leadership in the Democratic Alliance (DA) is at the centre of everyone attention

There is a huge division between the party leaders. In the last few months a whole lot of contradicting statements have come out from the DA, in 1 week the DA has managed lose 2 party leaders, Mayor Herman Mashaba and Musi Maimane. A few months ago, the ANC went through the same scrutiny, when they had their party leaders pulling in different directions.

If the 2 biggest political parties in South Africa fail to lead and maintain control in their own parties, how do we as South Africans place our trust in them to govern our country.

This level of uncertainty makes people nervous, if the leaders we entrust to govern our country and cities fail to govern themselves, what does that say about the kind of leadership we have in our country.

Brian Mhlanga, an Executive Business, Life and Leadership coach has travelled the African continent coaching and studying the different methods of leadership in the African Continent.
