The former Bosasa chief operations officer, Angelo Agrizzi, will appear in the Palm Ridge magistrate’s court today. He will appear along-side former ANC-MP, Vincent Smith, on fraud and corruption charges. Agrizzi faces a charge of corruption, and was also responsible for paying bribes of more than R600,000 to Smith in 2015. Smith will face one charge of corruption and one of fraud.
