The Department of Health says the Eastern- and Western Cape yesterday recorded the most new corona-virus cases in the country. In the Eastern Cape, 1,121 new cases were reported, while the Western Cape saw 745 new infections. The country's overall covid-19 death-toll now stands at 20,671, after 115 new covid-19 related-fatalities were recorded yesterday.
