The bail-hearing of ANC secretary general Ace Magashule is currently on-going in the Bloemfontein magistrate’s court. He faces a total of 20 charges. Magashule and 7 others are have been arrested on charges of fraud, corruption and money-laundering, relating to a multi-million-rand asbestos project in the Free State.
