The newest iteration of TMNT comes after several TV shows and movies. It is the second fully animated version to hit the big screen. It’s distinct, comic-book animation style makes it stand out from it predecessors, with a style similar to 2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem sees Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo emerge from their sheltered lives into the human world. The turtle brothers set out to be accepted as teens. And win the hearts of New Yorkers: through heroic acts.
April O’Neil helps them fight against a mysterious crime syndicate. But things soon become tricky when an army of mutants is unleashes upon them!
“This has been a thrilling process,” said Seth Rogen on Instagram. “I can’t wait for you all to see this movie and hear this incredible score,” said Rogen. He is one of the film’s writers and producers and features in the movie.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has to be one of the only IP’s that has been willing to say “ok, lets try this” and it very surprisingly has genereted a faithful following for each iteration. There’s just something to love with each installment and I just think that’s neat pic.twitter.com/HhKr35AyqT
